Starting as a welder in 1983, Paulie has worked in the manufacturing, hospitality, medical, banking, retail, information technology, education, and government industries holding positions such as bartender, waitress, clerk, customer service rep, project manager, and start-up coordinator to name a few. These experiences have provided her with a wealth of knowledge across many walks of life interacting with many personalities.
