Clients have been benefiting from Paulie's coaching services since 1994 when she first began providing career coaching, resume writing and interview services as a consultant. Soon thereafter she began writing and editing business plans for large and small clients alike. This led to grant writing and later she was selected by the State of Minnesota to assist with the grant review and selection process for charter schools. This professional consultanting opportunity gave Paulie experience managing multi-million dollar projects over a wide variety of industries.

Over the years, her consulting practice began to include life coaching. To assist her clients more fully, Paulie became a master practitioner in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), HNLP (humanistic neuro-linguistic programming), and is a master hypnotherapist.
